CARRIER BACKGROUND
Rt. Rev. Dr. M. Prakash served the Government of India as an Auditor before he resigned his job pursuing a spiritual call to become a minister unto God.
Service provided to the Minorities by Rt. Rev. Dr. M. Prakash:
1. 24hrs Counseling center: operation of 24hrs counseling center, where people from the minority community get counseling for their problems of education, family affairs, business, etc.
2. Job Oriented Courses: Training to bring hope to young men and women from Minority communities for their future. Training Programmes such as Computer education, Electrical and Tailoring are provided free of charge.
3. Educational Assistance is provided free of charge to students from the minority community.
4. Coordinating with other leaders of minority communities in all their programmes.
5. Maintaining good relationship with other leaders irrespective of castee, creed or religion. He is a friend to all and a man who protects the rights & privileges of minority people.
Social Service Activities:
Under the banner of SISWA MISSION CHARITABLE TRUST, Dr. M. Prakash is providing a broad spectrum of social services irrespective of Religion, Caste or Creed.
Service to the Poor and Tribal Children
The children? home of SISWA currently cares for 50 children. These Children are from the HILL TRIBES of Orissa. It is a great challenge as it transforms the lives and shape their destiny, giving them hope for a bright future. We hope that these children will grow up to change or rather shake the world.
Service to the Senior Citizens
SISWA MISSION CHARITABLE TRUST helps the old age people with medical treatment and medicines through the Help Age India Program. Many of them are supported by our charitable projects providing food, clothes and monitory benefits. SISWA comes to the rescue of those who are below the poverty line through its feeding programs.
Free Medical Camps in the Slums and Rural Areas
SISWA MISSION CHARITABLE TURST also conducts Eye Care Camps & Dental Care Camps for the needy and poor people in the slums and rural areas. We also conduct Aids awareness programs and seminars on liberation from drug, alcohol and other socially depraving evils in the rural parts of our country. We are planning to build a hospital and community center for the purpose or helping the destitute people, orphans, widows and old age people and to give them training in basic skills enabling them to lead a self supportive way of life.
